full application assistance services, including mailed, pre-filled applications. We have been helping people get through the social security card request process
securely from home for years. Our helpful and courteous staff is available with extended hours via e-mail to answer your questions and complete and ship your
application Easy Packets. Bennett & Gray, LLC is not affiliated with the SSA or any government organization.
What are the most common card requests?
The most common request through our service is replacing a lost card. There are
also many who have had a name change, who need incorrect information corrected, or who need to request
changes based on changes in citizenship status. There are many reasons for requesting your first card, including work, birth, government
requirements, etc.
What should I expect?
Our process has 3 simple steps. Step 1: Fill out our short questionnaire.
Step 2: Submit payment. Step 3: Choose either Easy Packet delivery, or to print completed form and personalized instructions. Once our services
are complete you simply follow the personalized instructions to complete your application with the Social Security Administration. With an Easy
Packet it can be as simple as signing the form, gathering your identification documents, and placing the Easy Packet in the mail.
Supporting documents? Does B&G help?
Specific supporting documents will be explained in your personalized instructions, and our online
help is available for the most common requests, and at no cost. Common documents include a U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, Driver's License, Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship,

How can I contact B&G Application Assistance?
We respond to customer e-mails from 7am to 7pm PST Mon-Sat at cardsupport@applicationassist.com. Our
customer service is quick and helpful no matter what your concern or question. Similar services that provide customer service via phone charge more
and are closed on the weekend. Our specialists are ready to assist you.
What is an Easy Packet?
An Easy Packet is a pre-filled application packet that has been prepared for
submission to the SSA, requiring only your signature and supporting documents. It includes personalized, simplified instructions, a
pre-addressed, postage-paid privacy envelope, and pre-filled application form.
Can I apply from home?
Most applicants are eligible to apply from home. It depends on your personal
application type and location. One benefit of our service is confidence that your application will be submitted correctly. Application from home must be done
securely, and our service makes that possible.
What is the service fee?
Getting a social security card from the Social Security Administration is free.
The fee for our complete service is a simple $34.00 to be able to securely prepare and securely mail your application from home with very little effort.
There are no additional fees or upgrades. If it's worth it for you to spend a few hours in order to save a small fee, and you
don't mind a little research, reading instructions, filling out a multi-purpose government form, and driving around either to the SSA offices, or to the post office
for postage and supplies, then our service is not for you. If you can afford our small fee, and would rather
spend that time doing something more meaningful, then you've come to the right place.
